Do you charge for WHOIS privacy?

No. It is included free on every TLD that supports it (most do). Some TLDs do not allow privacy due to registry policy — we will tell you up front.

What is an EPP authorization code?

A long alphanumeric string your current registrar provides to allow you to transfer your domain to a new registrar. Sometimes called "Auth Code", "Transfer Code", or "Domain Secret". You can find it in your current registrar dashboard — usually under domain settings.

How long does a domain transfer take?

Most modern TLDs (.com, .net, .org) complete in 5 minutes after you provide the EPP code. Some legacy TLDs (.us, .ca) take up to 5 days due to registry policy. We tell you the expected time before you start.

Can I transfer my domain away later?

Yes, anytime, no friction. Request the EPP code from the client portal, give it to your new registrar, transfer happens. We do not lock you in.

What TLDs do you support?

500+ TLDs including all standard ones (.com .net .org .info .biz), all major country codes, all new gTLDs (.app .dev .ai .io .co .me .us .xyz and many more), and almost every ccTLD that allows international registration.

Do you support premium domain registration?

Yes. Premium domains (high-value names with elevated registry pricing) are supported — pricing is set by the registry, not by us.

Can I register a domain without hosting?

Yes. Domain alone, no hosting required. Just point DNS wherever you want.

What happens if my domain expires?

Standard ICANN flow: 30-day grace period at original price, then 30-day redemption period (small fee), then the domain is released back to the registry. Auto-renewal is on by default to prevent accidents.

Can I get a refund on a registration?

Registrations are non-refundable per ICANN policy. We make exceptions if you contact us within 24 hours and have not used the domain for DNS or email.

Do you support DNSSEC?

Yes, via Cloudflare. One-click enable on supported TLDs.

Do you sell email mailboxes with the domain?

Domain alone does not include mailboxes. For email at your domain, see our Web Hosting service (unlimited mailboxes included) or use Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / FastMail (we configure the MX records for free).

No domain auctioning if you let it lapse

Some registrars sell expired-but-not-yet-released domains to the highest bidder during the redemption window. We do not. If your domain lapses, it follows the standard ICANN restoration flow — you get a full 30-day grace period to renew at the original price.

Add to cart, pay, and the domain is yours within 60 seconds. WHOIS privacy enabled by default. Cloudflare DNS auto-configured.

Get the EPP authorization code from your current registrar. Initiate the transfer on clients.jorbox.com. We pay the registration fee (which extends your domain by 1 year). Transfer completes in 5 minutes (most modern TLDs) to 5 days (legacy TLDs).

Edit DNS records directly via Cloudflare (we pre-wire it) or point nameservers anywhere else. Cloudflare gives you free DNSSEC, fast propagation, and a real UI.

Renew (or let it lapse)

Auto-renewal is on by default. Turn it off if you want manual control. If you forget to renew, you get 30 days to restore at the original price, then another 30 in redemption (with a fee), then the domain releases.
