The short version

Jorbox LLC collects only what we need to serve you — name, email, domain, and billing details — and we don't sell it. We use trusted processors for hosting (our own servers), payment (Stripe), and email (SMTP). That's it.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone, company name.
• Billing info: handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Hosting data: site files, databases, and emails you store on our servers.
• Analytics: anonymized page views and referrers. No cross-site tracking.

How we use it

• To provide the services you signed up for.
• To invoice you and keep your subscription active.
• To respond when you email support.
• To send occasional updates about your account or planned maintenance.

Who we share it with

Only the processors we rely on: Stripe, our upstream data center, and transactional email services. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. We never sell your data and never give it to advertisers.

Your rights

• You can request a copy of everything we have on you.
• You can ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data (subject to legal retention).
• You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
