No. The AI rewrites the experience you actually had to mirror the language of the role — it never invents jobs, dates, or skills you do not have. If the role asks for an experience you do not have, the AI flags the gap honestly rather than fabricating it.

Yes. Both formats are exported simultaneously. Some employers require DOCX; some prefer PDF; CVPoet covers both. The DOCX export preserves text reflow so the document still parses cleanly when an ATS converts it.
