Couples arranging a wedding and hosts planning engagement parties, birthdays, baby showers or corporate gatherings. Free suits one small event whose host wants to share the invitation personally. Pro and Large suit events that need more places, email sending, seating or door check-in.
Why we built Bloomvite
Bloomvite keeps the designed invitation and the guest list together. Hosts can update the event details on the same page guests use to RSVP, with meal preferences and replies in one place. The free plan covers a small celebration. Hosts pay once for an event when they need a larger people cap or the paid tools.
How Bloomvite works

Design: choose one of ten templates, edit the wording, and set a font pair, accent color and cover photo. Add your event details, schedule and registry links.

Invite: share your invitation link yourself on Free. Pro and Large can email invitations through Bloomvite and import a guest list from CSV.

Collect replies: guests RSVP with party size, meal preferences and dietary notes. Assign sub-events where needed and review the replies for each gathering.

Online RSVP and sub-events
Collect party size, meal preferences, dietary notes and messages to the host. Guests can answer for their assigned sub-events, such as a ceremony or reception. The public schedule remains visible to everyone who can view the invitation.
Invitation emails and reminders
Pro and Large let Bloomvite email invitations and send automatic RSVP reminder emails to eligible guests with email addresses. On Free, hosts share links themselves. Text and WhatsApp messages remain manual on every plan.
Seating and table assignments
Pro and Large let hosts set a capacity for each table and assign confirmed guest records using table buttons. Capacity indicators count the guest records assigned to a table.
QR door check-in
On Pro and Large, hosts can scan personal guest passes from a browser or check guests in by name. Check-in records arrivals for the event and flags repeat scans. Sub-event RSVP assignments do not create separate admission checks for each gathering.
No invitation watermark
The invitation has no Bloomvite watermark on Free, Pro or Large. All ten templates are available without upgrading; paid plans add capacity and tools such as email sending, seating and check-in.

Bloomvite vs the alternatives
Bloomvite focuses on invitations and RSVPs. It supports links to a registry, but does not provide a registry store, vendor marketplace or budget tracker. Check those needs separately when choosing your planning tools.
Bloomvite is for invitations and guest replies, with optional paid seating and check-in. Its paid plans charge the host once per event. It does not sell admission tickets or collect ticket payments from guests.
Bloomvite provides an online invitation and one place to review replies. Hosts can also send a paper invitation and direct guests to the online RSVP. Seating and QR check-in are optional paid tools.

Pro costs $39 per event for up to 300 people. Large event costs $79 per event for up to 1,000 people, or $40 to upgrade an existing Pro event. Both add invitation emails, automatic RSVP reminder emails, an envelope-opening reveal, CSV guest import, seating and QR check-in. These are one-time payments, not subscriptions. A pack of five Pro events costs $149.

The caps are 50 people on Free, 300 on Pro and 1,000 on Large event. Plus-ones and children count toward the event cap. One guest record representing a party can therefore use more than one place. Free allows one event.

Invitation emails and automatic RSVP reminder emails require Pro or Large and eligible guest email addresses. Free hosts share links by text, WhatsApp or their own email. Text and WhatsApp follow-ups are manual on all plans.

No. Guests open the invitation and RSVP in a browser. Hosts also manage the event in a browser, including QR check-in on Pro and Large.
